What’s the catch?
There is no catch. Terms and Conditions apply but they are designed to limit the payout to people with genuine claims. If you are not sure you have a genuine claim there is still no harm in contacting us.  We don’t charge to advise if you are likely to be eligible for the £250 payout and a compensation award and if you have a valid claim, you will be eligible for the NO WIN NO FEE scheme so you have nothing to lose.

If I am successful will you take the £250 out of my compensation?
No, the compensation is a 100% yours. We view the £250 payout simply as part of our marketing costs.

Won’t you only take the claims that are likely to win?
Not at all. As long as the circumstances of the claim are genuine and meet the criteria laid down in the Terms and Conditions we will take on your claim.
