Motor and Road Traffic Accidents (RTA)

You can make a claim if you are injured as a result of a road accident for which someone else is to blame. You can claim if you are a driver, passenger, motor cyclist, cyclist or pedestrian. In addition to compensation for the injury itself you can recover financial losses such as loss of earnings and medical costs.

You can still claim even if the person who caused the accident was not insured or cannot be traced.
